The answer to 4 of these 5 questions are in the first two paragraphs of
http://holtz.org. :-)  The answer to the 2nd is: computer science with a math
minor (followed by AI at Ann Arbor).

I'm eager to read your arguments on what it will be like for me in hell, and on
how the gaps in science are increasing. :-)  FYI, if I find these arguments
unconvincing (as I suspect I will :-), I may send you critiques of them and cc:
alt.atheism.moderated, as I did this morning re: the authenticity of Christian
revelation.

Re: Lakoff, I've read his views in a book review's excerpt and on www.edge.org,
and I found them sufficiently incorrect and novel that I web-ordered a used
copy of _Philosophy In The Flesh_. (No way is he getting royalties from me!
;-)  At some point I plan to look through it and write up a critique...
