There is no evidence that Judge Gray opposes statehood for Israel.

The fallacy here is to speciously claim X is an integral component of Judaism, and then claim that insufficient support of X is equivalent to anti-Semitism. This is laughably poor reasoning, ironically coming from you who says one can "be a Jew by blood, but not by intellect".
